Finaventure Capital approves allotment of 7000000 shares

Finaventure Capital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 01, 2009, inter alia, has decided to allot 7000000 equity shares on preferential basis as per Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.50, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.85 and low of Rs.38.

The total traded quantity was 2525 compared to 2 week average of 2962.
