Ruchi Soya to allot 198800 shares

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 01, 2009, has approved allotment of 1,98,800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of 1,98,800 options in accordance with Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2007 of the Company, as amended on date. Post said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 43,79,77,720/- divided into 21,89,88,860 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.97.25, down by Rs.1.50 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.98.45 and low of Rs.96.75.

The total traded quantity was 205035 compared to 2 week average of 1553535.
