Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 07, 2009, inter alia, to consider, the raising of funds for the various corporate plans of the Company and to decide the pattern and manner of raising the funds for the same.

The stock closed the day at Rs.32.40, down by Rs.0.50 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.20 and low of Rs.32.
