Gujarat NRE Coke to consider issue of securities on Sep 24, 2009

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue of Securities (including Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds) for an amount not exceeding USD 60 million or INR Rs. 300 crores.

The Board will also consider issue of 2,50,00,000 Convertible Warrants to Promoters / Promoter Group Companies.

The stock was trading at Rs.66.85, down by Rs.2.20 or 3.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.70 and low of Rs.66.20.

The total traded quantity was 1280308 compared to 2 week average of 4709670.
