India Tourism Development Corporation allots 18250000 shares

India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009, has allotted 1,82,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 40/- share including premium of Rs. 30/- per share against the consideration of a sum of Rs. 73 crores released by the Ministry of Tourism vide Letter dated December 12, 2007 towards equity contribution to the promoter being the President of India, Government of India, Ministry of Tourism.
