Filatex Fashions allots 1904545 shares on conversion of warrants

Filatex Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2009, inter alia, has decided on conversion of 19,04,545 warrants issued on March 15, 2008 into 19,04,545 Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up at a premium of Rs. 17 per share has been approved.

The Board has allotted 19,04,545 Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up at a premium of Rs. 17 per share, ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46, down by Rs.11.45 or 19.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.50 and low of Rs.46.
