Control Print allots 350000 Equity Shares at Rs 29.75

Control Print Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009, has made allotment 3,50,000 (Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 19.75 per shares aggregating Rs. 1,04,12,500/- fully paid up, as per the SEBI guidelines to the Promoters of the Company on preferential basis for which Company has received in-principle approval.

Silver Plastochem Pvt. Ltd was allotted 1,00,000 shares, Mr. Shiva Kabra was allotted 1,25,000 shares and Mrs. Pushpa Kabra was allotted 1,25,000 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.80, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.30 and low of Rs.27.45.

The total traded quantity was 1235 compared to 2 week average of 17786.
