Gayatri Projects allots 10 lakh warrants at Rs 142.52

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009, inter alia, has approved and allotted 10,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 132.52/- per share - on preferential basis to the Promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.272.90, up by Rs.1.45 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.285 and low of Rs.262.

The total traded quantity was 20279 compared to 2 week average of 87904.
