Neha International allots 20 lakh warrants

Neha International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009, has allotted 20,00,000 Convertible share warrants to M/s. M. V. R. Projects Pvt. Ltd a Promoter group Company at an issue price of Rs. 22/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.10, up by Rs.1.30 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.10 and low of Rs.27.

The total traded quantity was 9065 compared to 2 week average of 24400.
