HDFC Bank allots 237777 Equity Shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Investor Grievance (Share) Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on September 07, 2009, inter alia, have approved allotment of 2,37,777 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.1467.70, up by Rs.13.15 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1477 and low of Rs.1450.

The total traded quantity was 93067 compared to 2 week average of 77027.
