Adf Foods to consider conversion of warrants on Sep 11, 2009

Adf Foods Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 11, 2009, to issue and allot equity shares to the warrant holders who have exercised their right of conversion of Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.80.75, up by Rs.4.85 or 6.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.45 and low of Rs.76.15.
