EID Parry allots 500 NCDs

EID Parry India Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 500 - 8.65% Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 50 Crore which are redeemable on September 04, 2012.

The stock closed the day at Rs.318.15, down by Rs.2.85 or 0.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.326 and low of Rs.316.

The total traded quantity was 29694 compared to 2 week average of 82341.
