Ravinay Trading allots 850000 shares

Ravinay Trading Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2009, has allotted 8,50,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 15/- per share as per Resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2009, to promoters and other investors.
