Deep Industries allots 35 lakh Convertible Warrants

Deep Industries Ltd has announced that Company had made preferential allotment of 35,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 58/- each aggregating to Rs 20,30,00,000 on August 11, 2009.

Prabhavati Properties Pvt Ltd were allotted 17,50,000 warrants and Kanvel Finance Pvt Ltd was allotted 17,50,000 warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.89.60, up by Rs.2.35 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.10 and low of Rs.85.

The total traded quantity was 269144 compared to 2 week average of 172541.
