ICICI Bank extinguishes US$ 300 million Notes

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that ICICI Bank has repaid USD 300 million of notes that matured on August 18, 2009. The amount has been paid to the trustee and paying agent and the notes are being extinguished.

The stock closed the day at Rs.719.45, up by Rs.2.75 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.737 and low of Rs.713.20.

The total traded quantity was 930973 compared to 2 week average of 1999962.
