Hatsun Agro to consider allotment of debentures on Aug 22, 2009

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider allotment of 6% Unsecured Compulsorily Convertible Debentures of Rs 10,00,000/- each on preferential basis not exceeding 250 numbers, consequent to the approval of shareholders of the Company at an Annual General Meeting held on August 05, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.86, up by Rs.3.90 or 4.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94.95 and low of Rs.82.50.

The total traded quantity was 6904 compared to 2 week average of 3065.
