Ganesh Polytex to issue 515000 warrants

Ganesh Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2009, has decided to make the issue of 5,15,000 warrants with the option of conversion of each warrant into one equity share to the Promoter Group at a price to be determined in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.

The stock was trading at Rs.11, up by Rs.0.38 or 3.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.68 and low of Rs.10.70.

The total traded quantity was 4113 compared to 2 week average of 3202.
