Ruchi Infrastructure cancels $2 million FCCBs

Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement in relation to repurchase of FCCBs of USD 2,000,000 by the Company, that these FCCBs have now been cancelled following the repurchase.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38.60. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.95 and low of Rs.38.

The total traded quantity was 3648 compared to 2 week average of 12274.
