Classic Diamonds approves allotment of 750000 warrants

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2009, has approved the allotment of 750000 Preferential Warrants to the Promoters of the Company along with the letter of allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.17.40, down by Rs.0.55 or 3.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.90 and low of Rs.17.20.

The total traded quantity was 57309 compared to 2 week average of 292881.
