Garware Marine allots 92500 Equity Shares

Garware Marine Industries Ltd has announced that the Share Warrants Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors the Company at its Meeting held on August 10, 2009 issued and allotted 92,500 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 15/- per share consequent to the conversion of share warrants to Non-Promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.30, up by Rs.0.60 or 4.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.30 and low of Rs.13.30.
