Cosmo Films warrants issued on preferential basis in February 2008 lapse

Cosmo Films Ltd has announced that the holders of 31,00,000 nos. of warrants issued on February 04, 2008 to promoters group, on preferential basis have not exercised the option to convert the said warrants into equivalent number of equity shares within the stipulated time. Accordingly, the aforesaid warrants now stand lapsed.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.70, down by Rs.0.80 or 0.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.99.65 and low of Rs.98.70.

The total traded quantity was 5754 compared to 2 week average of 21002.
