ING Vysya Bank to raise funds

ING Vysya Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on August 05, 2009 has approved fund raising through further issue of capital, including Global Depository Receipts / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds / Qualified Institutions Placement / Preferential issue / Rights Issue upto 2,41,09,456 equity shares, subject to the approval of shareholders and Regulatory Authorities.

The stock was trading at Rs.233.50, up by Rs.20.50 or 9.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.237.95 and low of Rs.216.10.

The total traded quantity was 477908 compared to 2 week average of 106885.
