Vardhman Polytex to consider warrants issue on July 31, 2009

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2009, to consider the issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis as per SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.40 and low of Rs.39.90.
