Ltd: 19,10,000, Ghanshyamdas Daulal Agarwal: 2,55,000, Jayanti Punjabi: 2,00,000, Payal Punjabi: 10,000 and Ulitimate Money Makers India Pvt. Ltd: 35,00,000 warrants.
