Gillanders Arbuthnot fixes record date for allotment of shares

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, have fixed "August 20, 2009" as the 'record date' for allotment of 1,56,250 fully paid up Ordinary Shares of Rs 10/- of the Company to the shareholders of The Tengpani Tea Co. Ltd. (TTCL), subsequent to sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta vide their order dated May 21, 2009.
