Unity Infraprojects approves raising Rs 250 crore

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, has recommended passing of an enabling resolution to members at ensuing Annual General Meeting for the purpose of raising of resources through Qualified Institutional Placements as per Chapter XIII A of SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000 upto an amount not exceeding Rs 250 Crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.351, up by Rs.14.90 or 4.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.352.90 and low of Rs.345.

The total traded quantity was 12418 compared to 2 week average of 23689.
