GTL Infrastructure allots 4223415 Equity Shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on June 24, 2009, has considered and approved allotment of 4,223,415 Equity Shares consequent to conversion of FCCBs worth US$ 5,700,000 at a conversion price of Rs 53.04 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated November 24, 2007 for issue of US $ 300,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.55, up by Rs.0.40 or 1%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41 and low of Rs.39.75.

The total traded quantity was 1421818 compared to 2 week average of 2800572.
