Nagarjuna Construction to consider raising funds on Jun 29, 2009

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, for considering, issue of Equity Shares / other instruments to QIBs (Qualified Institutional Buyers) as permitted under Chapter XIII-A of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 ("SEBI DIP Guidelines").

The stock closed the day at Rs.124.85, up by Rs.3.85 or 3.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.127.40 and low of Rs.120.
