Navkar Builders allots 1777400 warrants

Navkar Builders Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2009, inter alia, has approved allotment of 17,77,400 Warrants at price not less than price as determined by SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guideline, 2000 on preferential basis.

The Board approved convening of Extraordinary General Meeting on July 17, 2009.

The Board also approved Issuance of Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting.
