Navkar Builders allots 40 lakh Equity Shares

Navkar Builders Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2009, has allotted 40,00,000 equity shares at par, against the outstanding 40,00,000 warrant, which was allotted on December 27, 2007.
