Austral Coke to seek approval through postal ballot for fund raising proposal

Austral Coke & Projects Ltd has announced that with reference to board meeting held on May 28, 2009 for raising of fund by FCCBs /GDRs and on June 09, 2009 for splitting of shares. Further the Company has been decided to seek the approval of members by postal ballot method for both the above matters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.291.75, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.320.95 and low of Rs.290.

The total traded quantity was 28584 compared to 2 week average of 14859.
