Redington India allots 197170 Equity Shares

Redington India Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on June 09, 2009 the allotment of 1,97,170 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 120/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
