RSWM warrants exercise period lapse

RSWM Ltd has announced that that the option to exercise conversion of 35,00,000 warrants in to equal number of equity shares expired on May 31, 2009. The Company did not receive any request for conversion of any of these warrants.

Further the Company has informed that there are no outstanding warrants in the Company as on date.

The stock was trading at Rs.53.90, down by Rs.2.35 or 4.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.95 and low of Rs.53.45.

The total traded quantity was 16934 compared to 2 week average of 13053.
