Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to consider allotment of 25 lakh warrants on Jun 09, 2009

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 09, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 25,00,000 nos. warrants convertible into Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 40/- each to the strategic investors on preferential basis.

To consider the capex of Rs 1200 crores for various projects.
