Softpro Systems allots 725000 shares

Softpro Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 7,25,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each and 3,65,000 Fully Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each to the Preferential allottees.
