Jindal Hotels to issue 2476540 warrants

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2009, had discussed the matter relating to issue of warrants on preferential basis in detail and after due deliberation, it was decided by the Board members to issue 24,76,540 Warrants on preferential basis and for that Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members is scheduled on June 23, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23, up by Rs.0.95 or 4.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23 and low of Rs.22.

The total traded quantity was 10494 compared to 2 week average of 9010.
