Puravankara Projects to raise long-term funds

Puravankara Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2009, has approved the raising of long-term funds including considering a QIP and to increase the Authorised Capital of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.94.35, up by Rs.4.45 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94.35 and low of Rs.91.50.

The total traded quantity was 10585 compared to 2 week average of 34185.
