Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2009, to consider and approve conversion of Fully Convertible Debentures issued to Clearwater Capital Partners (Cuprus) Ltd and Share Warrants issued to promoters & promoter groups and to take on other agenda items.
