Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2009, inter alia, to consider, discuss and approve issue of equity shares / convertible securities / warrants to the promoters on preferential issue basis pursuant to approval granted by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 04, 2009.
