Shriram Transport Finance Board declares interim dividend

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2006, inter alia, has declared an Interim dividend of Rs 1/- per share for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company had earlier declared an interim dividend of Rs 1/- per share on November 30, 2005 & Rs 2/- per share on June 28, 2006 which have been considered as Final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
