Torrent Power Board recommends dividend

Torrent Power Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2006 has recommended 12% dividend on Equity Shares for 18 months period ending on September 30, 2006, which works out to Rs 1.20 per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
