Zee Telefilms Board recommends dividend

Zee Telefilms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 28, 2006, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. Recommended payment of 100% Equity Dividend i.e. Re 1/- per share of Re 1/- each on the paid up capital of the Company, for the Financial Year 2005-06.

2. Convened the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on December 28, 2006 and to seek approval of Members of the Company, inter alia, the change of name of the Company from "Zee Telefilms Ltd" to "Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd".
