Infotrek Syscom Ltd has announced that the Company is working on a unique project of electronic waste recycling processes and procedures for a long time. The Company is in the business with a commitment to address this unattended need of the society and with a mission to accomplish these goals. The only member of International Association of Electronic Recyclers, USA from India and a promoter of a concept called E-Exchange India in association with Re-cyclenet Corporation USA. Under the banner of ASSOCHAM, the Company jointly sponsored a seminar on E-Waste Policy for India, in association with other partners like Hindalco, Tata Consultancy and TRI.
The Company is working on the structured recycling process in collaboration with Global Electric Electronic Processing Inc., (GEEP), with GEEP's expertise and technologies this project would be known for the Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipments (WEEE) Recycling Revolution in the organized sector in India. The Company is proud to be associated with GEEP for setting up this facility for the first time in India, where in 98-99% of all the basic ingredients will be recovered. This activity requires huge infrastructure, capital equipments, quality man power, proper technology and commitment.
In the proposed setup the Company has planned to invest more than $ 5 million USD having main equipments like sheer, hammer mill, magnetic / eddy current separation system, baler, CRT separation system, cable stripper etc., and also material handling equipments and testing tools for the proposed capacity of 7,200 tons on two shift basis. The Company proposes to have 8 collection centers in the next 1 year spread over in India to facilitate seamless e-waste management.
