Polygenta Technologies to consider CCPS issue worth Rs 125 crore

Polygenta Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 24, 2009, to consider allotment of CCPS to the extent of Rs 125 Crores.

The Board Meeting will also consider ECB Loan upto Euro 15 Million.
