Elpro International converts 35000 warrants

Elpro International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2009, inter alia, has converted the 35000 Convertible warrants of Mavi Investment Fund Ltd into 35000 number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs 601/- (Rupees Six Hundred and One only) and shall rank pari passu to the existing shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.272.85, up by Rs.12.85 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.272.85 and low of Rs.247.25.

The total traded quantity was 10 compared to 2 week average of 1431.
