Arvind to consider issue of warrants on Apr 16, 2009

Arvind Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2009, to consider and approve the reschedulement of repayment of certain long term debts of the Company.

To consider issue of warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to promoters / promoter group in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.35, up by Rs.0.46 or 2.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.75 and low of Rs.16.50.

The total traded quantity was 1973561 compared to 2 week average of 2002029.
