Firstsource Solutions cancels US$2 million worth FCCBs

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcements dated March 31, 2009 and April 06, 2009, regarding the repurchase and cancellation of Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds"), that Bonds aggregating USD 2.0 million have now been additionally cancelled.

The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellations is USD 225.3 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.10. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.65 and low of Rs.18.50.

The total traded quantity was 2473666 compared to 2 week average of 3254442.
