Bharati Shipyard to consider issue of warrants on Apr 21, 2009

Bharati Shipyard Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve proposals for issuance of Convertible Warrants to the Promoter Directors of the Company and to alter Capital Clause (Clause-V) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and consequent alteration to the Articles of Association of the Company.

The stock closed on Monday at Rs.79.35, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83 and low of Rs.78.10.

The total traded quantity was 391117 compared to 2 week average of 421070.
