Hindustan Organic clarifies on news item regarding company

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd has clarified that:

1. The GOI has sanctioned a financial restructuring package of Rs 250 Crores for the Company.

2. The Company is not having any knowledge about the claims made in the news regarding "Part disinvestment" and "Merger of Kochi Unit with Kochi Refineries Ltd (KRL)".
