With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Elder Pharma eyes European Company", Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has clarified that as of now there are no plans of acquiring any Company in UK. However, in future whenever there is any plan, the Company will inform accordingly.
